Online:Style Materials

Style Materials are secondary materials required when crafting armor and weapons. The type of material used will determine the style of the equipment you create, although your character must first know how to craft in that style. Many style materials have an unrefined form; ten of the unrefined pieces can be combined into one complete piece. All style materials can be dropped when you deconstruct an item in that style.

Ash Canvas		It can be found in Huntmaster's Recognition and Gift of Urshilaku Gratitude containers obtained by doing daily Ashlander quests in Vvardenfell.	Ashlander Style
Auric Tusk		It can drop from delve bosses in Wrothgar, and can also be obtained in Undaunted Exploration Supplies.	Trinimac Style
Auroran Dust		It can drop from bosses in the Depths of Malatar.	Meridian Style
Azure Plasm		It can be obtained by defeating enemies found at Dark Anchors and Dark Fissures. You will also receive some in the mail once you complete Cadwell's Silver, the amount of which is based on the number of Anchors you've closed by that point.	Soul-Shriven Style
Black Beeswax		It can drop from the Dark Brotherhood Reward Pouch obtained by completing contracts for the Dark Brotherhood.	Dark Brotherhood Style

Bloodscent Dew		It can drop from bosses in March of Sacrifices.	Huntsman Style
Bloodroot Flux		It can be dropped from bosses of the Bloodroot Forge.	Bloodforge Style
Boiled Carapace		It can drop from the Hall of Justice Bounty Dispensation and Hall of Justice Explorer's Dispensation containers obtained by completing daily Hall of Justice quests.	Morag Tong Style
Bone		It can be found in containers throughout the world, or purchased from crafting merchants for 0000001515 each. Before Update 12, it could only be found in the level 1 to 50 zones (those that comprise your starter Alliance, including Coldharbour).	Bosmer Style
Bronze		It can be found in chests. Before Update 12, it could only be found in Cadwell's Silver zones. (Known as "Copper" prior to Update 18.)	Barbaric Style
Cassiterite		Its unrefined form is Cassiterite Sand, which can be found when harvesting nodes in Wrothgar. Your chance of finding sand increases based on the number of Ancient Orc motif chapters read. Cassiterite and its unrefined form can also be obtained in Undaunted Exploration Supplies. Charcoal of Remorse		It can be purchased from Tel Var General Merchants in the Imperial City. Its unrefined form is Ashes of Remorse, and they can both be obtained in Undaunted Exploration Supplies.	Xivkyn Style
Corundum		It can be found in containers throughout the world, or purchased from crafting merchants for 0000001515 each. Before Update 12, it could only be found in the level 1 to 50 zones (those that comprise your starter Alliance, including Coldharbour).	Nord Style
Crocodile Leather		Can be found in the Tribal Armor Crates earned from completing Murkmire daily quests in Murkmire.	Dead-Water Style
Crown Mimic Stone		They can be bought either individually or with motifs from the Crown Store. Deconstructing an item made with a Mimic Stone will not return the stone, but may provide the associated style material.	All Styles
Culanda Lacquer		Can be found in the Summerset Daily Recompense container earned from completing Divine Prosecution daily quests in Summerset.	Sapiarch Style
Daedra Heart		They can drop from humanoid Daedra. Before Update 12, it could only be found in containers in Cadwell's Gold zones. Daedra Hearts are also used in one Provisioning recipe: Level 1: Double Bloody Mara (page) - Nirnroot, Tomato, Daedra Heart, Frost Mirriam	Daedric Style
Defiled Whiskers		It drops from bosses within the Maw of Lorkhaj or from the weekly quest reward container obtained from the quest Into the Maw.	Dro-m'Athra Style
Desecrated Grave Soil		They dropped in reward boxes during the 2018 Anniversary Event.	Worm Cult Style
Distilled Slowsilver		It drops from Velidreth within the Cradle of Shadows.	Silken Ring Style
Dragonthread		Can be found in the reward container earned from completing a Dragon Hunt daily quest for Battlereeve Tanerline in Elsweyr.	Pellitine Style
Dragon Bone		Drops from all bosses in Fang Lair. It drops more often in Veteran mode. A guaranteed sample drops from Orryn the Black, and he drops more in Veteran Hard mode.	Fang Lair Style
Dragon Scute		They can be purchased from siege merchants in Cyrodiil for 001000010,000 each, but only by Pact characters. Characters in other alliances must obtain them via other means such as trading or using an alt.	Ebonheart Pact Style
Dwemer Frame		It and its unrefined form, Dwemer Scrap, can be found Dwemer Containers and have a chance to drop off Dwemer Animunculi enemies. Both can also be obtained in Undaunted Exploration Supplies.	Dwemer Style
Eagle Feather		They can be purchased from siege merchants in Cyrodiil for 001000010,000 each, but only by Dominion characters. Characters in other alliances must obtain them via other means, such as trading or using an alt.	Aldmeri Dominion Style
Ferrous Salts		It can be found in the reward containers earned from completing daily Craglorn quests.	Yokudan Style
Fine Chalk		It can be found rarely in Thieves Troves, or it can be refined from ten pieces of Coarse Chalk, also found in Thieves Troves.	Thieves Guild Style
Flint		It can be found in containers throughout the world, or purchased from crafting merchants for 0000001515 each. Before Update 12, it could only be found in the level 1 to 50 zones (those that comprise your starter Alliance, including Coldharbour).	Argonian Style

Goblin-Cloth Scrap		It can drop from bosses in Frostvault.	Coldsnap Style
Goldscale		Its unrefined form is Ancient Scales, which can be purchased from Siege Merchants in Cyrodiil. It and its unrefined form can be obtained from Undaunted Exploration Supplies. Once refined, the Goldscale would originally become bound and could no longer be traded, although this has been changed.	Akaviri Style
Grinstones		They can only be found by deconstructing Grim Harlequin style equipment. Since it's a Crown Store-exclusive style, the only way to create a Grim Harlequin item in the first place is to use a Crown Mimic Stone. However, any resulting Grinstones can then be traded with other players.	Grim Harlequin Style
Gryphon Plume		They can drop from killing Z'Maja or obtained by deconstructing Welkynar style equipment.	Welkynar Style
Hackwing Plumage		Can be found in the Tribal Armor Crates earned from completing Murkmire daily quests in Murkmire.	Elder Argonian Style
Infected Flesh		Drops from all bosses in Scalecaller Peak. It drops more often in Veteran mode. A guaranteed sample drops from Zaan the Scalecaller, and she drops more in Veteran Hard mode.	Scalecaller Style
Laurel		Once your character learns at least one chapter of the Mercenary motif, Laurels will begin dropping from the final bosses of Group Dungeons. For Veteran dungeons, this chance starts at 50% and increases to a guaranteed 100% once all chapters have been learned. The chance for Normal mode bosses is one quarter of that. Laurels can also be obtained in Undaunted Exploration Supplies. It was originally impossible to trade Laurels, as they would bind to your account upon pickup.	Mercenary Style
Leviathan Scrimshaw		It drops from Tree-Minder Na-Kesh within the Ruins of Mazzatun.	Mazzatun Style
Lion Fang		They can be purchased from siege merchants in Cyrodiil for 001000010,000 each, but only by Covenant characters. Characters in other alliances must obtain them via other means, such as trading or using an alt.	Daggerfall Covenant Style
Lustrous Sphalerite		Its unrefined form is Dull Sphalerite. Dull Sphalerite can be purchased from Battlegrounds Supplies Merchants using Alliance Points.	Militant Ordinator Style
Malachite		This article is about the crafting material. For the cat, see Malachite (creature). It and its unrefined form, Malachite Shards, can be found in treasure chests or in Undaunted Exploration Supplies. Chests found by using treasure maps have a higher chance to contain a shard. Once refined, the Malachite would originally become bound and could no longer be traded, although this has been changed. It could previously be bought from the Crown Store.	Glass Style

Palladium		It can be found in containers and chests. Before Update 12, it could only be found in Cadwell's Gold zones.	Ancient Elf Style
Pearl Sand		Its unrefined form is Grains of Pearl Sand, which drops from nodes in the Gold Coast. The complete style item can be obtained by completing the quest The Roar of the Crowds or by killing Knight Commander Panthius. Both can also be obtained in Undaunted Exploration Supplies. Polished Shilling		They can be found when pickpocketing guards.	Abah's Watch Style
Potash		It can drop from group bosses in Wrothgar, and can also be obtained in Undaunted Exploration Supplies.	Malacath Style
Polished Scarab Elytra		Its unrefined form is Scarab Elytra, which can be obtained from stealing or pickpocketing in Vvardenfell.	Redoran Style
Pristine Shroud		It can be found in the reward containers earned from completing daily guild quests.	Draugr Style
Red Diamond Seal		Complete Blackrose Prison.	Honor Guard Style
Refined Bonemold Resin		Its unrefined form is Raw Bonemold Resin, which can be obtained from stealing or pickpocketing in Vvardenfell.	Hlaalu Style
Rogue's Soot		It can be found when harvesting nodes in Hew's Bane.	Outlaw Style
Sea Serpent Hide		Can be found inside a Pyandonean Bottle obtained from fishing in Summerset.	Pyandonean Style
Shimmering Sand		Can be found in the Elsweyr Daily Merit Coffer container earned from completing Rimmen daily quests in Elsweyr.	Anequina Style
Snake Fang		They can only be found by deconstructing Tsaesci style equipment. Since it's a Crown Store-exclusive style, the only way to create a Tsaesci item in the first place is to use a Crown Mimic Stone. However, any resulting Snake Fangs can then be traded with other players.	Tsaesci Style
Stalhrim Shard		They can only be found by deconstructing Stalhrim Frostcaster style equipment. Since it's a Crown Store-exclusive style, the only way to create a Frostcaster item in the first place is to use a Crown Mimic Stone. However, any resulting Stalhrim Shards can then be traded with other players. Stalhrim Shards originally used a different icon.	Stalhrim Frostcaster Style

Tempered Brass		Can be found in reward containers from completing daily quests in the Clockwork City.	Apostle Style
Tenebrous Cord		Can be found in reward containers from completing daily quests in the Clockwork City.	Ebonshadow Style
Vitrified Malondo		Obtained from Abyssal Geysers and pools, World Bosses, Delve bosses and Treasure Chests in Summerset and Artaeum	Psijic Style
Volcanic Viridian		Its unrefined form is Viridian Dust. Viridian Dust is obtained by harvesting resource nodes or killing certain enemies in Vvardenfell.	Buoyant Armiger Style
Warrior's Heart Ashes		It can be found in Plunder Skulls, only available during the Witches Festival event.	Dremora Style
Wolfsbane Incense		Every New Life Gift Box, available only during the New Life Festival, contains one sample.	Skinchanger Style
