The Hollow City Library

This Library is an Imperial-style, single-story building located on the south side of the Hollow City, near the entrance to the Mages Guildhall. There are many bookshelves and several freely lootable containers within the library. Dithis Romori, Denthis Romori, Malkur Valos and Tarrami appear outside the building after they are rescued from the Court of Contempt. Mim, Juline Ginis and Relmus can appear here if they are rescued from the Cliffs of Failure. Ugorz appears by the statue across the street from the library after he is rescued from the Village of the Lost. Icolana and Hostia appear near the library after the vendors return to the city.
