A Dwarven ghost

The Dwemer (called Dwarves by men) are an extinct race of elves known for their technologically advanced society. Dwarven society began in Morrowind and spread to Skyrim, Solstheim, Hammerfell, and beyond. They disappeared suddenly in 1E 700, leaving behind Dwarven ruins inhabited by their still-functioning automatons.

Only one Dwemer appears in Skyrim, added by the Ghosts of the Tribunal Creation: the briefly-seen Ghost encountered within Fahlbtharz Forge on Solstheim. Technically this ghost's race is Dark Elf, as the Dwemer do not exist as a distict race in Skyrim.
