Woda is a regional duchy located somewhere in the jungles of Valenwood;[1] which flourished since before the Septim Empire was founded and on beyond the reign of the Dragonborn Emperor Pelagius Septim IV.[1]
The summer palace of the Woda's rulers was remotely located, being more than five days away from the city of Eldenroot.[1] The village of Moliva was located just down the road from the estate.[1] The palace itself is unlike other architecture in Valenwood, being a vast edifice of stone and iron. The trees all around the exterior of the palace had been cut down long ago, which was blasphemous to the local Bosmer, in place of the trees lay a great gray-green moat that made the palace look like it was settled on an island.[1]
