Missing Quest Arrow[edit]

After I spoke to Gelebor, my quest arrow disappeared and was gone until I reached the end of Darkfall Passage and found the first wayshrine. This made it almost impossible to navigate Darkfall Passage, which well deserves the name, and I only managed it by using the "tcl" cheat to fly north into the only area I hadn't been able to explore. It might have been my game (the current avatar seems to have a lot of glitches), but if others have this problem too, the final walkthrough should include a map or at least more details about how to navigate from Gelebor to the first wayshrine. Just a thought. Wordmama 00:59, 10 August 2012 (UTC)

I had the same problem with the missing quest arrow; I literally stumbled across the first wayshrine. A detailed walkthrough would be very helpful. I'd do it, except I'm never going back there again if I can help it. Rosenoire (talk) 03:56, 9 September 2012 (EDT)
I found an easy fix for this, but it only works with the PC (Wordmama, I'm going to assume you do, since you speak of using the console). When you're given the quest objective "Survive Darkfall Passage," you are at stage 50 of the quest. This stage has no quest marker. If, via console, you set the stage to 55, you will get a quest marker pointing you to where to fill the Ewer. If you have any trouble beyond that, make sure you have a Clairvoyance spell. Schiffy (talk) 01:39, 3 October 2012 (GMT)
There should be a map on the Darkfall Passage page. There isn't. --Morrolan (talk) 23:29, 7 October 2013 (GMT)

Stuck at last objective speak with Isran[edit]

Hello,

My problem is simple when I received the bow I fast traveled back to Dawnguard and when arriving a dialog opens and he calls his men together but then nothing happens I see a Dialog like Train with Heavy armor etc. but nothing for the clan.

Greetings,

P.s. I reloaded saves and went out of the cell and went to other cells and came back but nothing helped. — Unsigned comment by 62.194.0.108 (talk) at 19:45 on 10 August 2012

I don't think that that is part of this quest, that sounds like an issue with the next quest.--Br3admax 19:47, 10 August 2012 (UTC)

Auriel's Shield[edit]

You cannot look around for auriels sheild, that is direct misinformation.
Auriels sheild is found on a falmer warmonger in the forgotten vale forest, please change this information asap. — Unsigned comment by 24.63.171.231 (talk) at 17:32 on 25 August 2012

Huh? Needs fixing[edit]

"The five wayshrines are scattered across the Forgotten Vale, ?while one is only reachable to a medium ice cave??. After the ewer is full, keep making your way through a Falmer village." Sniffles (talk) 08:34, 6 September 2012 (EDT)

The second part was fixed before you made this post. The first part does need to be fixed, however "in a linear manner" is in no way accurate to the Forgotten Vale, so that's why I removed that bit. As it is, the whole first part of that paragraph needs to be fixed, but for now, I've removed the "only reachable to" part again. Feel free to tweak again if that's not good enough. — ABCface 08:48, 6 September 2012 (EDT)
I honestly don't understand many things here. What is wrong with mentioning the fun dialogue? Why are edits reverted to ungrammatical nonsensical previous ones? Why must the text be as dry and droll as elementary school books? There are much better guides out there on the net than what we are offering. It is like we are deliberately trying to be the most unfriendly, confusing and boring of them all. Sniffles (talk) 17:55, 6 September 2012 (EDT)
Here's two quotes directly from site guideline pages:
  • "The purpose of the UESPWiki is to provide encyclopedia-style content describing the Elder Scrolls games." (UESPWiki:Style Guide)
  • "Articles are expected to be written in a professional, encyclopedic style" (UESPWiki:Namespaces)
I only changed what was either incorrect, or not professional or encyclopedic. — ABCface 18:00, 6 September 2012 (EDT)

Next quest will not start[edit]

I noticed that, in the bugs section, it tates the solution to fix the bug of Kindred Judgment not starting. However, this fix doesn't seem to be working for me. I have tried multiple console commands that don't seem to do anything (setting the stage 200 for this quest, setting stage 10 for the next, completing this quest) but the stage for the next quest seems to remain at 0, no matter what I do. This means I never get the objective to speak to Serana, and I can't start the next quest (If it means anything, I'm on the vampire side). If anyone can help, please do. Schiffy (talk) 04:09, 3 October 2012 (GMT)

I'd guess that your (and my) problem is covered by the last point of the bugs-section, reading Sometimes after finishing the quest, Serana will not have the dialogue to start Kindred Judgment but will allow you to use her blood to make Bloodcursed arrows., but offering no solution. Unfortunally, the UDP does not help either. --87.189.101.246 21:23, 4 February 2013 (GMT)
Deactivating all mods helped me. Could anypony confirm? (brb, killing Harkon) --87.189.101.246 21:32, 4 February 2013 (GMT)
FIX: If you have trouble with Kindred Judgement not starting after getting Auriels bow, It is a mod conflict. I have proven this out today. Disable all mods. If that doesn't work (as it didnt for me) Uninstall ALL mods, do a complete re-install of skyrim by right clicking on skyrim in steam > Properties > delete local files (through steam), then when that is done delete EVERYTHING in your Steamapps > Common > skyrim folder. It will be like 10 gigs. Then re-download skyrim from scratch. Even my saves all work now. And usually they are corrupted from something like this. Some mod is a poison pill. I'll post which one if I ever figure out which one it was(I had over 100 mods installed). I can tell you it was NOT my mod Castle Volkihar a Player home because I just tested it.Hannibalektr (talk) 12:23, 18 March 2013 (GMT)
Update; any mod that changes vanilla game script values can cause this and much worse damage to your quests in game. For this instance, anything that modifies vampire's vanilla scripting, such as how the quest detects if you are in fact a vampire, or what stage of vampirism you are in. What perks you have, or changes followers etc. I am 99%^ this was a major change to vanilla scripts by a mod, not just ref bools and properties as they should be.Hannibalektr (talk) 22:55, 6 April 2013 (GMT)

Serana will not follow. No dialog option.[edit]

Should I add this to the bug or notes section or wait for more input?

I always drop the heavy stuff (I'm obsessive about taking everything) and directing my follower to pick them up. For clarification, I hold down the "y" button (Xbox) as a shortcut. Serana doesn't have an option to do things for you, so this is the only way to force her to interact with objects. Occasionally I will hit the "wait here" option instead of picking up an item. This is useful when a follower refuses to pick up an item by directing them to a location closer to it. It's easy to inadvertently select "wait here" while picking up items.

Once this has happened in the darkfall cave, there is no way to instruct Selana to follow you again. Mysteriously the wait and follow dialogs are missing, making it impossible to continue the game once you reach a wayshrine. She will not follow you through the portal. Restarting the game has no effect. I tried to unhook her from me and tell her to go home, thinking I could quickly reconnect her as a follower, but she refuses any request to go home. There is no workaround that I could find except to go bck to an earlier save before the mistake. I did notice on occasion, putting her in pick up mode (hold "y") will cause her to follow you through the cave, but it is useless if you can't get her through the portal. I ended up having to replay an entire area.

Commentary: Funny how it takes a tenth of the time the second time through. I'm also obsessive about exploring every nook and cranny looking for extra goodies on skeletons or dropped by adventurers. It's a sickness. Its also the reason why I've been playing since the game was released and I'm only at lvl 67 and haven't finished the main quest yet. Grin. It's a sickness I tell you. As a retired game artist, I feel I owe it to the people who worked so hard on the game to notice the details,,, and there are many many impressive things most players will never notice. So stop and smell the...uh...rotting corpses.

Help solid spider web![edit]

Ok so once you pull the first chain and the stone door raises you come to a spiderweb but for me it is solid clinking like metal when I swing any weapon at it. It will not burn and I've tried reloading from several points in the game nothing is helping. So far it's Spider Web 1. Serana does not follow for different reason?[edit]

Before i first approached the guy in the cave (first wayshrine) I had instructed Serana to 'wait here'. Although she was present during the conversation, she has since stopped following me. I also have no quest markers. This quest is obviously super-glitchy. Xbox 360 patches please. — Unsigned comment by 121.91.58.94 (talk) at 02:35 on 16 December 2012‎

Wayshrine of Radiance[edit]

> The fifth and final wayshrine can only be reached after a long, arduous trek through Forgotten Vale, Sharpslope Cave, and Glacial Crevice.

Really? One can get to Glacial Crevice entrance without going through Sharpslope Cave. Just head southwest from wayshrine of resolution, go a bit north up the hill, where there are 3 moonstone ore veins toward the mid top, then continue west down to the river and the Glacial Crevice entrance is guarded by a small falmer settlement. I'm not sure if Glacial Crevice is even needed, but then I haven't explored all of Forgotten Vale. 50.0.25.231 19:00, 31 December 2012 (GMT)

I've given up after hours of wall jumping. There's an invisible barrier dividing the hard rocks and ice rocks, where I can see the sanctum 200 feet away and 50 feet below me; used tcl to pass that one, landed on the icy rocks, just to find another invisible barrier in 20 feet; again used tcl just to see what I would find, went into the sanctum through the hole in the wall, saw some frozen falmers, approached the throne and automatically woke up the falmers, fought and died. Time to load back to enter the glacial crevice.
Hey, someone's got to try (and utterly fail) the impossible! 50.0.25.231 23:18, 6 January 2013 (GMT)

Where is the 5th Wayshrine?[edit]

I got to all the way shrines except for the 5th... and i didn't go through sharpslope cave, just straight to the glacial crevice. then i went out of the glacial crevice but not to this "tunnel at the bottom", and i encountered another series of falmer villages that lead to a dead end, but right when i exited the glacial crevice i went up this slope directly to the left and there was a frost giant... and that's it i really don't know what i'm doing so i'm having to start over from my last save which was still in the soul cairn at the end of the quest "beyond death" I really need help i'm so confused :( — Unsigned comment by 76.176.198.174 (talk) at 00:48 on 2 January 2013‎

Copied from article - needs verification[edit]

After a wayshrine is opened, it will contain portals to the other opened wayshrines, as well as to Darkfall Cave. One exception is the Wayshrine of Sight which has no portal to the Wayshrine of Resolution, even if discovered and opened.

My recollection is that each wayshrine contains (up to?) 3 portals. Therefore, with 5 wayshrines, there will always be at least one wayshrine that is not accessible via portal from that particular wayshrine. Can anybody verify this? --Xyzzy Talk 05:01, 7 January 2013 (GMT)

Each wayshrine has four portals, three to wayshrines and the forth to Darkfalls Passage (which I believe is the Wayshrine of Illumination). Have just checked and all portals appear to work at each location. So could just be a glitch in yours, sorry. Biffa (talk) 07:23, 25 April 2013 (GMT)
Just been there and through the portals back and forth, so it does exist. As there's been no confirmation in 3 years, I don't feel the need to place what appears to be a one-off bug in the bugs section and wait for verification of a bug that will in all likelihood never happen. Names of Wayshrines[edit]

Could someone include the names of each of the wayshrines in order on the walkthrough, didn't think of this until I had already got them all, and it's only when you walk up the the prelates initially that they say which wayshrine it is. Thanks Biffa (talk) 07:23, 25 April 2013 (GMT)

I checked CSList, but couldn't find any dialogue that lists names for the Wayshrines. Were you perhaps thinking of the names of deities he listed that had temples? --Xyzzy Talk 00:26, 26 April 2013 (GMT)

Jumping off the balcony - moved from article[edit]

Looking south southeast from the balcony you can see a waterfall. While the game will kill your character if you attempt to descend from the balcony, using Become Ethereal grants a limited God Mode that prevents death. On the other side of that waterfall is the objective of the Emerald Paragon which can easily be accessed by using the shout and a little scrambling in the river.

I'm moving this to the talk page for 2 reasons, based on my testing:

1. Using the Become Ethereal shout will allow you to reach the frozen lake surface without dying, but it won't allow you to climb the unclimbable waterfall, and the distance is too great for the Whirlwind Sprint shout.

2. The note is way too wordy.

If anybody can verify that you can reach this overlook from the balcony, please state it here. --Xyzzy Talk 02:01, 10 May 2013 (GMT)

Jump over the railing near the waterfall onto a little shelf area which is always accessible. Become ethereal. Jump onto the steeply sloped rocks against the cliff. Scoot along them and jump down into the waterfall. You end up in the water on the intended route if you used the paragon. You can jump onto those rocks without being ethereal but will die from the jump down into the water. Ethereal is the key and then it's easy. I've done it a dozen times. Sniffles (talk) 22:15, 11 May 2013 (GMT)
I've got step by step screen shots now. The waterfall is completely negotiable and if you do fall off if you have enough health (without being ethereal) you just drop into the lake below. Sniffles (talk) 05:49, 14 May 2013 (GMT)
Ok, I was able to do it. IMO, it deserves a very brief note in the article, not a step-by-step how to. --Xyzzy Talk 00:13, 15 May 2013 (GMT)

frozen falmer[edit]

One of the falmer that broke free from the ice suddenly ran to other falmer and chaurus that where still frozen and made them brake free. I have never before had a situation where the where freed by something other then the player. I assume that if you tell a follower to take an item from a frozen falmer they will take it and the falmer breaks free but what I had was very different. — Unsigned comment by 82.74.67.87 (talk) at 19:14 on 24 August 2013

Can't take Auriel's bow? (And Serana doesn't talk!)[edit]

I have a problem.

- I am at the point where I need to 'Take Auriel's Bow' or 'Retrieve Auriel's Bow'.

- When I press my 'activate'-button on the bow, this is what happens:

+ the option to 'Take Auriel's Bow' disappears

+ the bow is not added to my inventory

+ the bow and questmarker still are there (so the bow still floats there)

+ Gelebor still says 'Please, take the bow. It's yours'

Also, even before I try to take the bow, Serana, who is supposed to be following me, just keeps standing next to the dead Arch-Curate Vyrthur staring at him. All her dialog options are gone, too.

Things I've tried to fix this:

- I've tried disabling/enabling the bow

- I've tried adding the bow to my inventory via console

- I've tried using commands like 'setstage DLC1VQ07 200' and 'completequest DLC1VQ07'

(for the Serana problem:)

- I've tried disabling/enabling/killing/resurrecting her

- I've tried resurrecting Arch-Curate Vyrthur

- I've tried attacking her

- I've tried waiting several hours

none of this helps.

I've asked a few people already, but they weren't much help, except maybe for the person who said it would probably all be fixed if I would reload an earlier save. Unfortunately, I don't have an earlier save. I have 2 saves from the moment I need to take the bow, but none from beforehand.

I hope it can be fixed, otherwise I will be stuck with my Dawnguard questline... — Unsigned comment by 88.159.130.82 (talk) at 13:55 on 7 October 2013

Your statement that you can't use the console to spawn a copy of the bow leads me to believe that you could have a mod installed that is causing this. I would try disabling any 3rd party mods you have running, except the Unofficial Skyrim & Dawnguard Patches, and see if that helps. --Xyzzy Talk 15:16, 7 October 2013 (GMT)

I FIXED IT! thank god. so basically:
I loaded my game, 'took' the bow, made a new save, loaded the save, and then... the bow was added! and everything just worked again. serana came running to me immediately too ;) — Unsigned comment by 88.159.130.82 (talk) at 15:33 on 7 October 2013

() When you fixed it, you say you took the bow. Do you mean you added the bow via console or just activated it in the game? If you don't have any mods installed, then this should probably be added as a bug with your workaround documented on the main page, which is why I ask. --Morrolan (talk) 16:16, 7 October 2013 (GMT)

Game keeps shutting off when entering inner sanctum[edit]

I'm on the quest Touching the Sky, and once I pour the water into the basin to open the door to the inner sanctum the door will unlock. Well once I hit open to enter the sanctum the game just shuts off and goes to my desktop screen like I quit the game.

The Questmarker's wayfinding is something I have no Idea of, but you could simply continue your journey through the forgotten vale and go to the different wayshrines yourself - the quest should update properly. Our Map of the area might help. -- SarthesArai Talk 18:41, 7 December 2013 (GMT)
That's not a problem that's specific to this area. While it doesn't occur very often, occasionally the pathfinding algorithm gets confused and directs you back and forth. Sometimes, casting Clairvoyance will make it clear where you need to actually go; other times, Clairvoyance will be just as confused, if not more so. Robin Hood  (talk) 21:10, 7 December 2013 (GMT)

No possible interractions[edit]

Hello,

After I killed falmer waves and after Vyrthur destroyed Auriel's chapel, there is a cutscene. This is my probelm, after the cutscene (and as the cutscene) I cannot open any inventories (without the starting menu to load or save and quests menu), I can't interract with anything too, and I can't use any spells, shouts and weapons... So, I cannot kill Vyrthur. But I used the "killall" command and resurrect Serana, but, after I can't talk to Serana again... I've tried to use the command "setStage DLC1VQ07 200" to finish the quest. That worked, but I cannot talk to Serana and go back to any place... And it says that I'm full (and that's impossible, because I have less than my maximum carryweight)... So, I used a command like "player.modav carryweight 200", which didn't work, of course. Help me please! — Unsigned comment by ‎ Rob6 (talkcontribs) at 21:11 on 4 January 2014

This sounds like a classic 3rd-party mod conflict. Try restarting the game and disabling any 3rd-party mods you have, then load a save from before you start the battle with Vyrthur and try it again. --Xyzzy Talk 07:16, 5 January 2014 (GMT)

Prelate Sidanyis[edit]

I have spoken to the snow elf (I forgot his name) during Touching the Sky and I went through the veil to Darkfall Passage. I also managed to get though 'survive Darkfall Passage' when I found Prelate Sidanyis, however, when I walk to him, I find that he's crawling like when an essential character gets beaten. I have tried to talk to him but he crawls away. I get the next part of the quest 'fill the initiates ewer 0/5' but I can't get the first one because Sidanyis won't get up. How do I get him to talk? — Unsigned comment by Lemonlilly44 (talkcontribs) on 13 January 2014

I can't make any promises, but whenever I've fun into oddities like this, I find that either waiting 24 hours or fast travelling far away and then coming back will often help. You may even want to try fast travelling to a couple of different places, save and quit, then restart and reload, just to be thorough. Robin Hood  (talk) 20:02, 13 January 2014 (GMT)

I wandered down here.[edit]

I wandered down to the shrine, not having started any quest. There isn't anything down here but (now dead) trolls and spiders. No one at the alter. I can't seem to find an exit. Because of the waterfall I can't retrace my steps to get out. Of course, my last save would put me back a bit and I'd really rather not lose/replay everything since. Am I maybe missing an exit? 99.190.49.234 01:58, 12 March 2014 (GMT)k

Most likely. Generally, the developers are pretty good at not leaving you trapped in a quest-locked dungeon, but there's always a chance of this. It seems that no one has documented details about Darkfall Cave before the quest, so if you find a way out, be sure to let us know how you did it. If you are on PC, there are a few console commands you can try. --Xyzzy Talk 04:39, 12 March 2014 (GMT)

Unofficial Dawnguard Patch may cause CTDs[edit]

While trying to confront Vyrthur I experienced repeated CTDs in the hallway leading to the area with all the frozen Falmer and Chaurus's. I disabled the Unofficial Dawnguard Patch and the CTD went away. Didn't look into what if any edits it makes to this area or its scripting. Naaslaarum and Voslaarum after Touching the Sky?[edit]

I started a new file on the PS3, and I don't want to start the main quest just yet, but I'm concerned about Naaslaarum and Voslaarum possibly not spawning if I go back to the Forgotten Vale after doing Dragon Rising. Does anyone know if they will spawn normally?Clarkk04 (talk) 16:35, 1 July 2014 (GMT)

I believe if you visit the frozen lake prior to completing Dragon Rising, two Ice Wraiths spawn in their place. --Jimeee (talk) 16:51, 1 July 2014 (GMT)
But if I do Touching the Sky, then Dragon Rising, and then go back to the Forgotten Vale, do you know if I will get ice wraiths (or similar) or will Naaslaarum and Voslaarum spawn?Clarkk04 (talk) 18:19, 1 July 2014 (GMT)
They will spawn normally as long as you do not venture onto the frozen lake. If you just walk right on past and avoid the lake, then when you eventually come back after having done Dragon Rising they will be there. If you walk on the lake, you will get a substitute encounter (I think it's with a couple ice wraiths or something) and they will never appear. --Morrolan (talk) 05:01, 13 July 2014 (GMT)

"odd pink flowers"[edit]

During the darkfall passage sequences the glowing pink things that recede as you approach are not in fact flowers but very obviously tube worms. The structure and shape of these plants along the wall are extremeley similar to tube worms, and given the caves depth and dampness it would be a prime place for tube worms to grow. Whoever incorrectly labeled them as "odd pink flowers" is incorrect, and they should simply look up a picture of a tube worm to see how clear it is. They are not "flowers" as flowers require light to grow and thereby do not produce their own lights. Additionally, any assumption that this part of the "plant" is the flower is as presumptious as it is foolish. These are glowing tube worms and the wiki should reflect the reality of the creativity put into the game by bethesda. — Unsigned comment by 208.127.160.234 (talk) at 20:11 on 10 July 2014

Applying physics from our world to Tamriel isn't always a good idea (Nirnroot, for example, can grow in darkness), but in this case, you're right. Looking in the Creation Kit, the various internal names are all variants on "caveworm" and "cavewormtube". I think that pretty much settles it. Since a lot of people won't be familiar with tube worms, though, I'm going to try a compromise that I think will cover all our bases. Let me know if there are any objections. Courtesy exit[edit]

When I reached the camp with the dead Breton, I noticed that the path to the left took me on a winding route upwards to a 'hidden' door with a pull-chain. Upon opening the door, it led me to the room immediately before the trapped bridge. I encountered no impassable spider webs, and it definitely does not lead eventually to the troll room, as suggested on the main page for the quest. I'm guessing that the poster got a bit turned around in the dark, or didn't notice the chain. Csjimmy 18:47, 15 February 2017 (UTC)

I checked out the page for the location, rather than the quest, and it has a very succinct and accurate description of the passage and hidden door. It may be something that could be copied/pasted into this page. Csjimmy (talk) 19:01, 15 February 2017 (UTC)

More Info on Bugged Quest Transition to Kindred Judgement - Confirmed, it's a script problem.[edit]

I have been able to pretty consistently NOT have Kindred Judgement start by doing one thing. This is the bug where Serana just stands there and will let you make the sun-blotting arrows with her blood, but that's it, the quest won't advance. What I did was simply RUN. I mean, RUN. Non-stop, from walking into Darkfall passage, all the way up to the confrontation with Vyrthyr. What happens is there's a script running on Serana that constantly tries to keep her next to you, teleporting her to you where necessary, because there are so many parts where she has commentary and dialogue. You know, "Oh, what were these people who got killed by trolls doing in here?" "Oh, that poor troll you just nailed with your bow!" "Gee, these falmer are strange!" All that stuff is scripted. But if you're moving when one of her scripts is supposed execute and she's not in the right spot for it to happen, or if the place she gets teleported to by her "keep her next to you" script immediately results in a long fall that sets her to "bleedout", or if she otherwise misses the various little "comment spots" that she's scripted to chatter at, well, you have an incomplete script. Bammo - Kindred Judgement will NOT start, no matter what you do.

So: To PREVENT this bug: From the point where you enter Darkfall cave to the point where Vyrthyr is finally dead, MAKE SURE SERANA IS BY YOUR SIDE AT ALL TIMES. Then, she will have her little chatter when she hits each script trigger, there won't be an issue with her "teleport" script not completing, and so on. Stay beside her, keep the enemy from pushing her off a cliff, and don't let her fall behind by you getting distracted chasing an enemy while she's busy fighting something else, etcetera. And do NOT accidentally smack her hard enough to make her Aggro on you, that can break her scripting, too.

Seriously. I was able to get it to fail, every single time, just by setting up a situation where one or more of her scripts just doesn't complete after entering Darkfall cave. Even if all that broke was her missing or being interrupted from one "Gee, this place is beautiful!" comment. So, don't do that. 174.28.237.144 12:44, 10 March 2019 (UTC)

It's really hard to find![edit]

I also had a lot of trouble finding the tunnel to the Wayshrine. The map wasn't that helpful for me, and clairvoyance didn't do anything either. But got there eventually. As you exit from Glacial Crevice, you're facing southeast. The Frost Giant with the Diamond Paragon is left, to the north. The Falmer village is south & east. The tunnel is on the canyon floor at the far east end of the village but just walking straight east will take you to a dead end with some ore veins. I reached the tunnel by going up the stone ramp on the right side just beyond the claw trap trip wires, following the bone path, finding the hut with Unknown Book Vol IV, and then jumping down from the path outside that hut. There's a gate to open just in front of the tunnel. It's quite obvious once you (finally!) find it. Gataroja (talk) 17:49, 8 June 2019 (UTC)

Bug? Map and compass disagree[edit]

I turned off all active quests except the one to find the wayshrines. With only the fifth wayshrine remaining, I notice my map and my compass both showing it existing in a different direction, with a discrepancy of about 50° or more.--Grimbold (talk) 16:14, 3 November 2019 (GMT)
