The Lover

The Lover is a Mundus Stone found in Auridon, Glenumbra, Stonefalls, and Cyrodiil. Activating the stone will grant you the permanent blessing of increased physical and spell penetration. This will last until you activate another Mundus Stone, which will replace it.
