From ancient Khajiit legends, Zahari has learned that weapons imbued with enchantments powered by Daedric souls are particularly powerful against Dragons. I need to collect these souls to help fight back against the Dragon threat.

Quick Walkthrough

1. Travel to a site where Daedra can be found and fill ten Empty Soul Gems with Daedric souls.
2. Return to Zahari.

Detailed Walkthrough

The Northern Elsweyr Defense Force needs Daedra Souls to power great enchantments to help the Khajiit in their fight against the dragons. Zahari has given you ten Empty Soul Gems to fill for this purpose. You can kill Daedra anywhere, but Zahari suggests three sites where Daedra are particularly abundant: Brothers of Strife in Stonefalls, Torinaan on Auridon, and the Moonlit Maw in Stormhaven. All three of these locations prominently feature Scamps as their Daedric residents. Other places you can find Daedra include Coldharbour, Imperial City, Ashalmawia (on Vvardenfell), and Black Vine Ruins (in Malabal Tor). Of course, you are not limited to these locations alone. There are many places throughout Tamriel where you can find Daedra.

Once you have ten Filled Soul Gems, return to Zahari for your reward.

Notes

• Despite being Daedra, Flame Atronachs, Frost Atronachs, and Storm Atronachs do not count for this quest.
