When you're editing, it's always a good idea to leave edit summaries to explain the changes you have made to a particular page, and remember to sign your talk page posts with four tildes ~~~~. Also, the "show preview" button is a great way to view the changes you've made so far without actually saving the page (our patrollers really appreciate it!).

Using Show Preview

Hello and welcome to UESPWiki! Thanks for your interest in the wiki; however, you seem to have been making multiple edits to a page by not using the show preview button, clogging up the Recent Changes in the process. We appreciate your enthusiasm, but keep in mind that each edit needs to be patrolled, so multiple consecutive edits create an unnecessary hassle on those who patrol. So please utilize this feature! Really, I should check this section more often, haha. Indeed, I took notice that my name reverted to its original a while ago, but I didn't feel like pestering you or anyone else about it on the off chance it'd be a pain in the hindquarters. User page edit

Hi Sedrethi, welcome back! Just to explain why I closed the <div> tag, while it didn't seem to be doing anything in this case, I've seen cases where divs that are left open can affect the tabs at the top of the page and other such things, so I figure it's best to be on the safe side when we can. – Robin Hood  ^(talk) 18:45, 17 March 2014 (GMT)
