Welcome back![edit]

Good to have you back! Great work on the S'Krivva page! --SerCenKing Talk 21:10, 10 March 2010 (UTC)

Thanks! Sorry to not have been active lately, it's just that a new game got me addicted but I've recently acquired access to the CS so hopefully I will be a little more active in the coming days, checking some stuff from the CS and all of that. Oh, btw, do you know how to write the health and magicka parameters for leveled NPCs? Like Methredhel, I don't have the smallest idea on how they came up with that formula, so an explanation would be welcome ;) --S'drassa T2M 21:20, 10 March 2010 (UTC)
Welcome back from me too! It's great to see you around again. --GKtalk2me 21:22, 10 March 2010 (UTC)
Misc-Tamriel Beer Collection.jpg
You have been given a complete collection of all Tamriel Trappist beers!
Welcome back. --ModderElGrandeTalk contribs 21:26, 10 March 2010 (UTC)
Thank you! It's good to be around again :) and thanks for the lifetime beer supply :P --S'drassa T2M 21:37, 10 March 2010 (UTC)
Umm, I'm exactly in your position! See here. I asked Neph, but still didn't get it. Try asking rpeh, he's been adding a few lately. --SerCenKing Talk 21:40, 10 March 2010 (UTC)
It speaks! Just Kidding, welcome back and about that sandbox work you have been doing (overhaul as you called it in a summary) will that be an addition for the ONPCRP?— Unsigned comment by Corevette789 (talkcontribs) on 10 March 2010
Why, thank you :) oh and about the sandbox, yes it is for the ONPCRP although at a bigger scale, since both Armand and S'Krivva play a big part on the course of the TG questline, but actually it's finished (well, at least on my part, it is now up to the CS checkers to do their job). This is actually my second grand-scale work, the other one being the immense project to add the ONPCRP info for all the DB Sanctuary members, although I must admit that after having taken such a long break is hard to get back to the ol' ways... oh well ;) --S'drassa T2M 00:05, 11 March 2010 (UTC)

Sig.[edit]

Hi, how do you get your signature to be orange, like this S'drassa? I tried this in my preferences and just messed up. Thanks!--Arch-Mage Matt 23:55, 13 March 2010 (UTC)

First off uncheck the box under what you want it to be, then copy and paste S'drassa's sig and put in the correct info.--Corevette789 23:58, 13 March 2010 (UTC)
Ok, I'll give it a try. Thanks. --{{FC|blue|Arch-Mage Matt}} 00:01, 14 March 2010 (UTC)
Ya try what you have now with the unchecked box and it should work...Ill try it in a sandbox.--Corevette789 00:05, 14 March 2010 (UTC)
Yup that should be correct.--Corevette789 00:07, 14 March 2010 (UTC)
The box was unchecked though, I think. To the sandbox! (Arch-Mage Matt)-- no sig for now
So the box right under the name thing is unchecked but it comes as this --{{FC|green|Arch-Mage Matt}} 00:18, 14 March 2010 (UTC)

Oh wow, I'm smart it NEEDS to be checked sorry for the trouble.--Corevette789 00:19, 14 March 2010 (UTC)

haha no prob, (!! Yes!!-) --{{FC|gold|Arch-Mage Matt}} 00:46, 14 March 2010 (UTC)

One more try then ^--Corevette789 00:47, 14 March 2010 (UTC)

Ok, in the priveiw it was green, but now its all messed up... try it now --Arch-Mage Matt 00:49, 14 March 2010 (UTC)

Happy Late B-Day![edit]

Hey sorry I am 1 day late saying Happy B-Day but anyway I found your page by looking up S'drassa and saw that you are 18 years and 1 day old, so Happy B-Day anyways! (unless you just made this account a day ago XD) --Dremora Lord 17:17, 22 April 2010 (UTC)

Happy (although belated) birthday S'drassa !!!--TheAlbinoOrc 19:06, 21 April 2010 (UTC)
And here's a cake for you User-userbox-Cake.jpg !!!--TheAlbinoOrc 19:09, 21 April 2010 (UTC)

The cake looks tasty, mm mm mmm :P --Dremora Lord 17:17, 22 April 2010 (UTC)

You probably wouldn't like it though the recipe calls for a half pound of Daedra heart, 5 ounces of scamp skin, 3 grams of grated clanfear claws and a cup of frost salts. (that's not all the ingredients but those are the only daedra that went into it)--TheAlbinoOrc 19:35, 21 April 2010 (UTC)

Eh, don't worry, I eat Scamps for Breakfast! --Dremora Lord 17:17, 22 April 2010 (UTC)

By the way do you know how to change the color of your name? The discussion above really didn't make much sense to me, unfortunately :P --Dremora Lord 17:17, 22 April 2010 (UTC)

Nevermind I found out how :D --Dremora Lord 17:17, 22 April 2010 (UTC)

I was thinking Daedra hearts since those come from Dremora. About the signature you need to go to your preferences check raw signatures and put this {{SUBST:FC|Red|[[User:Dremora Lord|'''Dremora Lord''']]}} in the area right above it (without the no-wiki tags of course)--TheAlbinoOrc 22:26, 21 April 2010 (UTC)

Yeah I just found that out about the signature Yesterday XD --Dremora Lord 17:17, 22 April 2010 (UTC)

I assume you went out and bought lottery tickets and smokes (even if you don't). It's what I did. I know I don't have a profile and you won't know me but you have helped me on a few occasions, so thanks for everything and happy birthday.

Thank you all! I'm happy to know that you remembered even if I'm not around as much as before. But I'm still around, except that I mostly patrol not edit ;) --S'drassa T2M 15:53, 23 April 2010 (UTC)

No problem S'drassa, take care! --Dremora Lord 18:48, 23 April 2010 (UTC)

Hope you had a good birthday. Do you feel all grown up, now?  ;) --GKtalk2me 20:24, 23 April 2010 (UTC)

MW Npc Pages[edit]

Could you take a look at the discussion over at the Ginith Ancestral Tomb talk page and answer my question there ?--TheAlbinoOrc 17:50, 30 April 2010 (UTC)

Red Mountain[edit]

My changes to Red Mountain articles were to help fix the flow of the article. How it stood (and stands now) is that the article talks about the Kogoruhn secret entrance, then transitions to what happened after the Oblivion Crisis, and then it transitions back to the Kogoruhn secret entrance. What I did to both the Lore and the Morrowind pages were to fix this issue, so the flow of the article would be Secret Entrance → Secret Entrance → post Oblivion Crisis. I was hoping this would have inherently made sense and wouldn't be reverted. Alas, though, I have to wonder why you my edits to a form that makes no sense.

Of course, if you don't think that it should be changed back to what I proposed, may I compromise and say that we have that added bit about the Kogoruhn secret entrance under <includeonly>? It would still transclude to Lore:Places R, but at least that bit of info wouldn't show up on the Lore:Red Mountain. --Riddle 03:09, 17 May 2010 (UTC)

Sorry, but reading through the whole paragraph I can't see anything that relates in any way to lore. Frankly I don't see how adding that there are monsters by that gate will improve the article, but if you really want to point that out, I would suggest that you at least create the paragraph yourself instead of copy/paste, since the text even includes the word "player" when that shouldn't even go in a lore article. --S'drassa T2M 01:41, 30 May 2010 (UTC)
I'm not saying it did relate to the lore. I am saying how it looks on the Morrowind:Red Mountain page is downright atrocious. Note: I'm talking specifically on how to fix Morrowind:Red Mountain, and not the other Red Mountain page(s). It talks about the past, then switches to the future, then goes back to the past, with no viable reason. The pronoun-antecedent agreement and the flow are completely shot, but the paragraphs are fine individually. If you snip out the bit of information provided by TIC, it makes perfect sense. However, in it's current state, it is very flawed. --Riddle 22:31, 31 May 2010 (UTC)
Oh, sorry. I just got confused since you added that paragraph to the lore article, so I thought that what you were trying to do was to fix the Lore one. But, if you want to fix the text flow in Morrowind:Red Mountain go ahead, don't be afraid of rewording or delete what you feel doesn't belong in the article, after all no one is going to accuse you or scold you if you do something wrong (Sorry if I misunderstood again. English isn't my original language so I get confused sometimes :P). --S'drassa T2M 22:39, 31 May 2010 (UTC)
The problem, though, lies within the fact that the bulk of the information lies on Lore:Morrowind, which is transcluded to Morrowind:Red Mountain. The change that I need to do has to be done on Lore:Red Mountain, unless you physically place the information onto Morrowind:Red Mountain. I'm going to subst the template on that page, and then move the Morrowind-relevant paragraph to where it is needed. --Riddle 23:44, 31 May 2010 (UTC)

Which Clone ???[edit]

The clone you mean is the SI clone not the clone made by the SoC right ?--TheAlbinoOrc 02:09, 1 June 2010 (UTC)

Actually, neither the clone from SI or your clone can be looted. Just tested it and none of them can be looted, talked to or pickpocketed. --S'drassa T2M 02:45, 1 June 2010 (UTC)
What I meant is that usually it's some specific script that carried over not that but I thought you were saying that most of the time, the SoC clone could be looted. But in this case it was confusing because you clone a clone.--TheAlbinoOrc 14:14, 1 June 2010 (UTC)

Er... What ? Weirdness On The Glitches Page.[edit]

Why does it say you made a new section when the only thing in it is from an IP ?--TheAlbinoOrcGot_a_question? 03:45, 8 July 2010 (UTC)

Oh that. Actually the IP adress that you saw was the actual creator, I just only moved it from an archive to the current talk page. --S'drassa T2M 03:54, 8 July 2010 (UTC)
Ah, that explains it then. Thanks for clarifying that!--TheAlbinoOrcGot_a_question? 03:56, 8 July 2010 (UTC)

Welcome to your Nightmare![edit]

Hey S'drassa! Since you are back on the project, I figured I would ask for your help - mostly because we have talked about it before and because you have it on your to-do NPC list; in this nightmare of a Sandbox I have extracted all of Una Armina's dialogue (and observed everything else about her, actually) - and as you can see, we have a record-breaking amount of responses to all the Oddities and I am kind of lost. Since you appear to have the CS now (congrats!) maybe you will help out? As you can see at the bottom of the page, I have started sorting her dialogue into "categories" for the time being. Problem is, I don't have any quest-related saves, so I figured we should do the sorting from the CS. For example, when you deliver the Dagger of Friendship how will she respond? And when you deliver it again? It is not obvious from all the responses, and instead of me spending days gathering several copies of the items, I thought it might be easier to look it up in the CS. Maybe we could sort it as follows:

(response 1)
(response 2)

Now, I have absolutely NO idea if this is an easy task for a CS-user. But we need to get the page done, we need to decide which dialogue to use and which dialogue to throw in the bin, so for now, hoping that you'll accept the challenge, I'll add you as a contributor to the Sandbox. Remember to keep the dialogue on the page, never delete anything - the "unused" dialogue should always go to the relevant section (at the very bottom) and the used dialogue should be given categories. I hope you will join me and help out - this is definitely not a one-man project! All the best! --Krusty 13:45, 8 July 2010 (UTC)

Glitches[edit]

I noticed that your on the glitches and was wondering if you thought making a bug category and reference it on the glitches page. So people stop posting bugs instead of glitches. MikeAKA Mike 05:14, 7 August 2010 (UTC)

If I unsterstood correctly (sorry, I still need to learn a bit), you're asking why not create a page that's it's titled something like Oblivion:Bugs, right? If so, it would be a bad idea since instead of having a single messy page it would rapidly become two messy pages, so I think it's better to leave it like that. Besides, there's already a redirect (Oblivion:Bugs), so I think that we got all covered. --S'drassa T2M 17:45, 7 August 2010 (UTC)
A little off but close :) instead of using Oblivion:Bugs as a redirect, use it as a category page {{Oblivion|Bugs}} and put it on pages that have bugs. Than put a link on the oblivion:glitches page. Not as an actual page but a category. If you look at the bottom of your user page, you'll see all the categories your page is in :P Forgot my password so can't log on :( 121.236.166.33 04:38, 12 August 2010 (UTC)

NPCs[edit]

Since you seem to have just gotten the CS could you check the spells for OB:Thorley Aethelred and OB:Countess Alessia Caro?--TheAlbinoOrcany_questions? 19:35, 12 August 2010 (UTC)

I'm bored - I'm active right now - so I'll say that they both have no spells. (I checked in the CS) :) --Arch-Mage Matt Did I Do That? 19:37, 12 August 2010 (UTC)
Thanks! Now all I have to do is figure out how to check that in-game.--TheAlbinoOrcany_questions? 19:44, 12 August 2010 (UTC)
You can't. It is quite impossible to check spells in-game, because most of them are leveled and the NPCs will often choose not to use them at all. The spells section of the ONPCRP can only be written using the CS - and checked using the CS. --Krusty 19:47, 12 August 2010 (UTC)
Ahhh. That makes sense then. Thanks!--TheAlbinoOrcany_questions? 19:58, 12 August 2010 (UTC)

About Regulus's Not Essential-ality[edit]

The only reason I thought it was of note, is simply because he is the only count that isnt, at least at the begining of the game. As for why....I dunno, frankly. His attitude maybe? 184.77.194.254 01:56, 15 August 2010 (UTC)

Well, even if he has a bad attitude it still isn't a good a idea to recommend players to slaughter him :P Anyways, regarding the note I still don't think it's that important, interesting yes, but no that important. --S'drassa T2M 04:22, 15 August 2010 (UTC)

This is madness......[edit]

This is getting crazy, seriously. Is there any way to make them behave themselves? 184.77.194.254 01:24, 22 August 2010 (UTC)

Not really, though I wish we could. Our only hope is to see if the wave of insults ceases, otherwise I'll try to pm an admin or RH through IRC. --S'drassa T2M 01:27, 22 August 2010 (UTC)
Jeez, This is getting.......A bit out of hand. 184.77.194.254 01:34, 22 August 2010 (UTC)
I've already pm RH. Hopefully he got the message and hopefully I did it right... --S'drassa T2M 01:37, 22 August 2010 (UTC)
Thank God That's over. I need a Drink. And A Sweetroll, I think. 184.77.194.254 02:08, 22 August 2010 (UTC)
So much for "over". Oh and I never got your pm, S'drassa. E-mail? IRC? Also, I'm moving into "slow reversion/blocking" mode. Whenever the IP gets bored, I'll go through whatever addresses need attention. Robin Hoodtalk 02:19, 22 August 2010 (UTC)

() It was through IRC, altough from what I unsterstood it seems that IRC is lacking of a certain code to allow personal pm's, tough I'm not sure. You might want to talk with Atreus to confirm if it's indeed to possible to do such thing. --S'drassa T2M 02:23, 22 August 2010 (UTC)

Seems I Called this a bit early, I fear. I do wonder if this will start again when the blocks expire, though. 184.77.194.254 02:24, 22 August 2010 (UTC)

Y'know, I think its about time I made an Account. How does Lorgren Benirus Sound? 184.77.194.254 02:57, 22 August 2010 (UTC)
Poof, Account made. And thanks for all the help! Lorgren Benirus 03:01, 22 August 2010 (UTC)
First off, thanks for the cookies, AMM. S'drassa: Core tested it and was able to message me fine. From what he said, your /msg command appeared in the channel, so it may have been that you just typed a space in front of it or something...or just some random fluke of the moment. Also, thanks for all the patrolling you did! Robin Hoodtalk 03:15, 22 August 2010 (UTC)
Hmm. Since I seem to have been away while this was going on, what exactly happened?--TheAlbinoOrcany_questions? 18:17, 2 September 2010 (UTC)

() Oh, it all started with this discussion, then apparently some unwanted guests decided to pop in claiming to be Tiber Septim and posting the usual nonsense. If you really want to know what happened, see here, starting with the blocks made by RH. --S'drassa T2M 18:26, 2 September 2010 (UTC)

Gray Cowl of Nocturnal[edit]

I've lost the cowl, and I'm hoping you as someone else who plays on the 360 would know how to get it back.

I attempted to transfer the game from one account to another on the same xbox and when I did I lost the contents of a chest which stored the vast majority of my items, and the only one I'm finding to be irreplaceable is the Cowl.— Unsigned comment by 76.104.9.23 (talk) on 22 August 2010

If you truly have lost it then you'll have to revert to an older save to recover it. --S'drassa T2M 18:34, 29 August 2010 (UTC)

Penniless Olvus Problem[edit]

Hey S'drassa. This is an old one, but since you have the CS now, I figured you could look into our old friend Penniless Olvus? It is his sleeping that bothers me. I have never seen him sleep at all and on his talk page we never really came to any conclusions. Can you investigate a bit? --Krusty 22:29, 31 August 2010 (UTC)

Done. --S'drassa T2M 02:21, 1 September 2010 (UTC)

Kurdan gro-Dragol[edit]

Could you take a look at him in the CS? He's got something wrong with his Aggression. Also I started a new section on Krusty's talk page which has some more details on the problem.--TheAlbinoOrcany_questions? 17:46, 9 September 2010 (UTC)

Replied on the other page. --S'drassa T2M 02:35, 11 September 2010 (UTC)

Deletion[edit]

Why did you deleted my comment here and the warning here? --Rigas Papadopoulos 17:36, 30 September 2010 (UTC)

Because the user didn't make any kind of vandal edits, so it wasn't appropriate to leave that kind of comment there. --S'drassa T2M 17:39, 30 September 2010 (UTC)
You mean that using such words is not considered vandalism? --Rigas Papadopoulos 17:41, 30 September 2010 (UTC)
Are not obscenities considered vandalism on the Talk page? Brf 17:43, 30 September 2010 (UTC)
(edit conflict) It really depends on the context where such words are used. See for example this version of GK's page. She used "that" word but it wasn't vandalism, simply because she wasn't insulting or harming the contents of the wiki. The same applies here, the IP wasn't insulting anyone or vandalizing the site. If he/she had used that word to offend someone then it would have being grounds for a warning. --S'drassa T2M 17:46, 30 September 2010 (UTC)

I now understand, thanks! --Rigas Papadopoulos 17:49, 30 September 2010 (UTC)

Hlidara Motheaten[edit]

I've copied her page to a sandbox so we can do the standard testing stuff. First, a word of thanks[edit]

I have seen your name on the discussion pages often. Yourself, along with the other "Oldtimers", have been a great help.
Now the "but":
Being new to contributing aspect of UESP, I may be out of line in saying I believe your response to my edit on both the Salomon Geonette and Stantus Varrid discussion pages was condescending at best.
To say "They both travel to Bruma" is obvious given where I found them. And "...it's possible that they were killed..." well, I figured that one out as well.
As to the other:
To inform me that "there was no need to create the same topic in two different pages" is fine in and of itself. (with me not knowing which edit would be spotted first and the lack of an obvious connection between Salomon and Stantus [I did check both of their pages prior to asking] my reasoning behind placing the question on both pages seemed sound enough.) Though I find your taking it upon yourself to remove my edit on the other page without giving me the opportunity to correct my mistake offensive. Herman 17:25, 16 May 2011 (UTC)
