Mist Morrow Wildmen are hostile men with lycanthropy that have made camp around Mist Morrow Tower in Cyrodiil along with their female counterparts. They can be Imperial, Breton, or Redguard.

They can also be found at an abandoned house north of Waterside Mine.

When they spot a player, they will transform into a werewolf, and retain the same health.
