Cello is one of the vampire Jaruk's feline companions, and can be found in Wittestadr. Cello, alongside Harp, provided Jaruk with the bags full of cat urine that you throw at the hunters if you choose to side with Valeric during the related quest. Cello is located on the counter nest to Jaruk within Valeric's Manor.
