Azasotl

Azasotl is an Argonian Reveler of the Rose who can be found at the entrance to the Bristleback Extravaganza at the Everlasting Fair. She is accompanied by Sir Hamhock.

Dialogue

Whenever you approach her, she will speak to Sir Hamhock:

Azasotl: "Look, Sir Hamhock, we have another guest!"

Speaking with her before starting and after completing the quest:

"The Bristleback Extravaganza isn't for the faint of heart, is it, Sir Hamhock? Although their screams are very entertaining."

Quest-Related Events

After speaking with Sergeant Alydine, you learn that several members of her squad became trapped in the Everlasting Fair and are unable to leave. She suggests you search for their Alfiq scout Sashii at the fair. Mingling with the attendees leads you to meeting a talking goat, who says the Lady of Riot has taken over the fair and has been changing things to satiate her ego. He will then point you in the direction of Bristleback Extravaganza and suggests you search for Sashii there.

You will need to talk to Azasotl to be let in and learn the rules:

"Sir Hamhock and I welcome you to the Bristleback Extravaganza! Face their porcine rage, if you dare.
But be warned, once you enter, you'll be at the mercy of the pigs. Many have challenged the beasts, none have yet succeeded."

What happens if someone challenges the beasts and fails?

"Let's just say I won't have to feed the pigs that day.
Bristlebacks are large, majestic creatures. Few truly appreciate them. But dodging a charge or two helps challengers understand them on a most visceral level. Alas, no one has yet dodged three."

Did an Alfiq recently enter the Bristleback Extravaganza?

"Not that I saw, but Sir Hamhock indicated that he smelled a cat. He hates most non-porcine creatures. I'm trying to get him to be more accepting.
One might have snuck in and found someplace to hide. Look carefully. Or check the corpses."
