Skyrim[edit]

Knights of the Nine

This idea will require a fair bit of role play and imagination

You are a crusader of the nine but due to the "The White-Gold Concordat" you can't publicly show that so you go around preaching about all nine devines

Quests[edit]

Although the main quest isn't ideal the Stormcloak civil war is as you are trying to establish Talos back in to peoples lives. Do quests for the gods like restoring the tree in Whiterun for Kynareth, Please Talos by Helping the weak and needy. Fight against the Thalmor as they outlawed Talos in the first place.

Headquarters[edit]

Any house in any town would do as a headquarters but it's better with the new DLC Hearthfire you can create your own headquarters whether it's a secret priory or a large fort/mansion on which you plan your operation to restore the nine and legalise Talos.

Your headquarters can be in Falkreath, Morthal or Dawnstar.

Location of headquarters[edit]

Falkreath gives a house that is out of the way with a nice view but in a hold that is under Imperial control

Morthal gives a house well out of the way with a not to pleasant view and in a hold under Imperial control

Dawnstar gives a house that is out the way a pleasant view but is not under Imperial control so Talos worship is not illegal

Design of headquarters[edit]

Once you have purchased the land you and have built the 2nd section you may choose three wings a north, east, and west.

East wing you may have a library if your knights are more scholars worshipping the divines, an armoury if your knights are more crusaders helping the nine through the war against the Thalmor, or a kitchen if your knights are pilgrims just looking for a place to settle.

North wing you may have storage for your knights items, Trophy room to show your knights accomplishments, or an alchemy tower to create potions to aid your knights on their crusade.

West wing you may have bedrooms for your knights to stay, an enchanting tower to "bless" your weapons and amour in the name of the nine divines, or a green house to grow food for personal or for food for your knights.

You may buy three houses and have an armoury, a rest house and a place to study.

Crusader[edit]

You are a defender of the nine sworn enemy to daedric princes and the Thalmor and their followers you uphold the nine by sword and steel, you are righteous and protect the weak.

How did you become a knight was it your calling were you born into the knighthood or selected by the grand crusader.

After the great war no one in Cyrodiil would listen to the nine and it's members so you moved to skyrim with a Grand Crusader but were captured crossing the border to Skyrim now you must re-establish the order by yourself.

your the Grand Crusader fleeing across the border with the priory in ruins and your knight separated to keep the relics from falling into Thalmor hands you cross the border into Skyrim as talk of rebellion and Talos worship is in the north.

You start low with Iron armour and work your way to steel plate you don't have to go past steel plate if you smith it. Don't forget your a knight of the nine Daedric would upset stendarr. Stick to iron or steel weapons to add further authenticity. "Bless" your weapons in the name of the gods have a master set on a mannequin that serves as a representation of what you serve.
