Relz[edit]

What's the difference between the two Relz entries (Relz/relz at the top, RELZ/relzthread at the bottom)? Or was that just an accident? If it wasn't, would it make sense to move them one underneath the other? Robin Hoodtalk 17:41, 21 August 2010 (UTC)

Follow-up: removed the top one, since it's unused. Robin Hood  (talk) 18:22, 4 May 2017 (UTC)

RFE: License field[edit]

Especially to distinguish which mods are libre, and which are proprietary. Would seem sensible to allow for a value to indicate that the copyright license is unknown, or that no explicit license is granted. Better; at least the nature of the distribution (when known, but the precise license isn't); if it's proprietary, copyleft, permissive, or otherwise; of which unknown is one possible value. For example: Morrowind Mod:OpenMW.

Currently, when a License field is included, it's simply ignored and the template renders as before (sans license field). — Lee Carré (talk) 14:52, 4 May 2017 (UTC)

I've added a License field and cleaned up some of the code. Let me know if you need anything else. Robin Hood  (talk) 18:15, 4 May 2017 (UTC)
Excellent. Thankyou. Change works as desired in my yet-unpublished editing. Lee Carré (talk) 23:27, 4 May 2017 (UTC)
Just to explain a bit better about the change from <p> to ::, the colons are the standard method of indenting on MediaWiki. The HTML definitions are just MediaWiki's chosen implementation of indents, as opposed to any kind of actual definition. They could well change the implementation in the future to use something more logical from an HTML perspective, but colons are still the preferred way of indenting text on a MediaWiki-based wiki. Replied on my talk page, since this is entirely off-topic. I invite you to continue the discussion there, instead. [Originally, t]his response deliberately sans block-level mark-up. Lee Carré (talk) 20:13, 5 May 2017 (UTC)
