Dialogue[edit]

Imperial Cult: Theft of Brass[edit]

"He seemed like a decent sort. Hard-working, down on his luck, like many of the poorer people of Old Ebonheart. What might have caused him to steal essentially worthless tokens, I have no idea."
(If you found Cyrtus Clagno's body at Bthung):
"He seemed like a decent sort. Hard-working, down on his luck, like many of the poorer people of Old Ebonheart. What caused him to go down his dark path, I have no idea."
  • stolen tokens:
"As far as I know, it might well be a Thieves Guild operation to embarrass us; their newer members tend to have an axe to grind. I have some ideas, but to be frank, you might be involved in it and tying up loose ends. I simply don't trust you enough, %PCClass, make no mistake."
(If Disposition ≥ 70):
"Unless this was a misguided Thieves Guild operation, I'd have to say that I would think Cyrtus Clagno, one of our lay members, might have something to do with it. I don't want to seem ungrateful, but he was always less than enthusiastic about his service. Paid well enough with his dock works, but he was never really happy. He started showing up more regularly the last few months before disappearing a few days ago. Might be worth looking into."
"The more I think about it, the more likely it seems that Cyrtus Clagno might be involved. For the life of me, I can't think of a reason why."
