The citadel of Bthung.

Bthung is a Dwemer ruin east-northeast of Old Ebonheart.

To find it, follow the coast east from the city and cross the river, until the land turns black. Bthung is located above a lava pool in this area. It contains Centurion Spheres, Centurion Spiders, and a large number of gems and dwemer coins.

Bthung

This part of the ruin is filled with Centurion Spiders. The room immediately opposite the entrance contains three, along with dwemer coins, a ruby and emerald. An observatory in the west contains a Dwemer Helm and Jinksword, situated on the platform above the doorway. The ladder to the south leads to a room where a diamond, peridot, ruby, and two pieces of raw glass can be found.

Bthung, Lower Level

There is a pit halfway down the stairs here. After falling down this pit, it will not be possible to leave the Lower Level without a Levitation Potion, so prepare accordingly. A sharp drop down the pit takes the player into a room guarded by two Centurion Spheres. A chest in the corner contains ten dwemer coins, with seven more being scattered in the northeast corner.

Notes

A new version of Bthung is planned for future release, incorporating a volcano.
