Hrongal Wavebreaker is a Nord Sailor with a reputation for getting extremely drunk in the snowy settlement of Nivalis. At the time of your arrival he has been barred from the Black Ogre Tavern after proving unable to handle Cyrodiilic Brandy.
Hrongal's desire for this drink, alongside his very definite weakness to its effects, may prove useful during the events of Hrongal's Dagger. Here you are tasked with seizing his prized family heirloom for the benefit of the Thieves Guild.
