Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Fitz-Fitz in the basement of The Howling Noose in Firewatch about jobs and a Nordic dagger.
2. Travel to Nivalis.
3. (Optional) Speak to Kevlin Sereile at The Black Ogre Tavern about Hrongal Wavebreaker.
4. (Optional) Speak to Hrongal Wavebreaker about Cyrodiilic brandy and give him some.
5. Steal Hrongal's Nordic Dagger from Hrongal Wavebreaker's house in Nivalis.
6. Bring the dagger to Fitz-Fitz.

20		Kevlin Sereile, the publican at The Black Ogre Tavern in Nivalis, said that he had to ban Hrongal Wavebreaker because the Nord would get too drunk on Cyrodiilic Brandy and pass out on the floor.
30		Hrongal Wavebreaker is fast asleep, at least for now. I can take this opportunity to steal the dagger.
