Respawn[edit]

Do they respawn?— Unsigned comment by 84.82.64.201 (talk) at 20:26 on 8 January 2012

YES DO THEY RESPAWN?! no one seems to be able to answer that question — Unsigned comment by 67.71.140.174 (talk) at 12:41 on 18 January 2012
None of them respawns. --Krusty 23:02, 26 January 2012 (UTC)

Race?[edit]

Ok, I clearly have what is a Nord Male and Female. One of the other males could be Nord, but he looks more like a Breton to me. Most notably, though, I have an Elder FEMALE as the fourth victim. Thoughts? Comments? — Unsigned comment by 67.158.72.148 (talk) at 03:35 on 14 January 2012

Erm, isn't that exactly what is stated on the article? --Krusty 14:40, 14 January 2012 (UTC)
No, it stated the elder was a male but I have corrected this (WillCurrie) — Unsigned comment by 92.26.115.10 (talk) at 17:33 on 26 January 2012
You're absolutely correct. Good catch. --Krusty 23:02, 26 January 2012 (UTC)

Levelling[edit]

Should it be added that if you put the difficulty on legendary these victims make great opportunities for training 1h, 2h, archery, block, destruction, restoration, sneak, and pickpocket (if you can reverse pickpocket a lingering damage health poised and continuously heal them for duration and repeat)? — Unsigned comment by Silentsentinel (talkcontribs) at 07:33 on 12 April 2013

They're great for leveling skills overall, not just legendary. I'm surprised there isn't already a note about it here, actually. They're mentioned a bit here and there on the site but it'd probably be better if there was a better description here. -- Elakyn (talk) 08:36, 12 April 2013 (GMT)

Mastering Restoration and Destruction?[edit]

I've come up with a way to use these guys to master Destruction and Restoration. If you get level 100 in enchanting, max out the necessary perks, and create equipment that reduces the cost of casting those two spell schools to nothing, you can cast Heal Other and a Destruction spell on them indefinitely without them dying or fighting back. Cruel, but good for leveling two very useful skills. — Unsigned comment by 65.185.145.37 (talk) at 00:23 on 30 March 2015 (UTC)

Freeing Prisoners?[edit]

Is there any way to free them? — Unsigned comment by 70.113.62.94 (talk) at 05:18 on 22 January 2017 (UTC)

Aside from death, no. —Legoless (talk) 05:27, 22 January 2017 (UTC)

Quest Marker Bug?[edit]

I only interrogated one of them, but because I have a follower mod, Sofia was talking over the torture victim when she revealed the location (she can be really annoying sometimes) so I had to go to the Journal to tell me what to do...the journal told me to check a hollowed out stone north of Windhelm, but the map marker shows Riften. Is it possible it's conflicting with one of my mods or has anyone else had this issue? --Greatphoenix (talk) 20:22, 19 June 2017 (UTC)
