Fast travel[edit]

RE PC Fast travel bug. far easier to negotioate the mine on discovery , and then fast travel to the summit with companion. 92.13.115.7 06:21, 28 December 2011 (UTC).

Books in the mine[edit]

I've just been through this mine. The skill book The Death Blow of Abernanit was on the table, but the knapsack contained a mundane book, namely Argnonian Account Book 3. In fact, from this wiki it appears that the other supposed skill book mentioned on the page (2920, Sun's Height, v7) is not a skill book. It seems that the second book is likely to be a random non-skill book. If someone else would like to check, the page can be updated (XBox) Peterguard 18:16, 5 January 2012 (UTC)

I agree. I found "A Dance in Fire, v3", which isn't a skill book either (played on PC). I think this page (and the Skyrim:Books and Skyrim:2920, Sun's Height, v7 pages) should be changed. ComaDivine 09:41, 15 January 2012 (UTC)

Clearance[edit]

Also, I ran around the mine from top to bottom and never got a "cleared" indication. The article is contradictory and should be confirmed one way or the other...possibly when the CK is released. ComaDivine 11:36, 15 January 2012 (UTC)

The page does say that it is bugged and will not mark as cleared even tho it should. — Kimi the Elf (talk | contribs) 22:31, 20 January 2012 (UTC)
Yes, but the Infobox declares it "clearable". ComaDivine 01:45, 21 January 2012 (UTC)
Yea, it is suppose to be, however if you look under bugs you will see that it is currently bugged and wont work. — Kimi the Elf (talk | contribs) 20:06, 23 January 2012 (UTC)
I understand. Hopefully the bug will be rectified. The page still says yes/no in the meantime. ComaDivine 03:59, 24 January 2012 (UTC)

Non-interactive satchel[edit]

Inside the mine, underneath a wooden platform, there's a skeleton that can be looted. On the ground next to him, there's a Satchel/Knapsack type of pouch, which won't open for me. There is no on-screen "Open" message when you target it. Arrows will stick into it, but the pouch doesn't move when struck, like most of these containers do when disturbed. It behaves like it's part of the ground and thus unmovable. (This area was a bit difficult to get into, the woodwork is a bit low to pass under and there's an unmovable cart partially blocking the way.)

Does anyone know if the pouch is glitched, or doesn't become active until some quest is started? It would seem unusual to create a useless graphic item when the floor just could have been left empty at that spot. It's not like this pouch adds to the ambiance of the mine. — Unsigned comment by Evil-i (talkcontribs) at 00:43 on 26 January 2012‎

I found the same satchel also unable to interact with it though, so would suggest it is a gitched item. Biffa90.202.87.101 13:49, 6 February 2013 (GMT)
I found that satchel and it is lootable for me (contains one lockpick) though the skeleton is not (like the other skeletons on the ground that looks like for display). I also have so USKP, so... perhaps it was fixed by them? Incohatus (talk) 11:03, 15 May 2014 (GMT)
According to the Unofficial Skyrim Patch changelog, this issue was indeed fixed by version 1.0 of the patch. The satchel was embedded in the floor's Havok mesh. I'm making a note of this on the main page. --AquaticPossum (talk) 10:33, 17 May 2014 (GMT)

Stub?[edit]

How is this still a stub? It has just about everything there is to know about the place, minor tweaks aside. Peterguard 08:27, 13 April 2012 (UTC)

"The stub designation implies that the article needs to be worked on. If an article contains all of the information pertinent to a given topic, then the article is complete and is not a stub." This is taken directly from the Stub article. Skeletons are listed in the Place Summary table, but there is no mention of them in the article whatsoever. There are no real descriptions of the exterior or interior, only minimal information is included at all. This needs much more than minor tweaks, and doesn't yet meet the standards of a proper Place article. ABCface 15:06, 13 April 2012 (UTC)

You have the USKP/USLEEP/USSEP installed and didn't read the notes section on the page. Silence is GoldenBreak the Silence 02:53, 27 April 2017 (UTC)
