This effect increases the character's movement speed by the specified percentage.

There are only three rings that use this effect, all obtainable from the Fishing Creation.

Enchanting

Artifacts and unique items that use the effect but cannot be disenchanted include:

• Bloodthirst
• Boots of Blinding Speed
• Ring of Khajiit
• Ring of the Wind
• Warlock's Ring

Notes

• Fortify Illusion will increase the effect on the Ring of Khajiit and the Ring of the Wind, allowing the character's movement speed to be increased even more.
• Fortify Restoration will increase the effect on the Warlock's Ring.

Bugs

• Upon putting Ildari Sarothril into Bleedout, the player is given a perk that adds a multiplier of 0.01 to the magnitude of Illusion effects on the player. This persists until the perk is removed upon killing Ildari. This notably makes the Ring of Khajiit and Ring of the Wind very weak. ^?
  • The perk can be removed using the console command player.removeperk 0403d597; it will be reacquired when Ildari is next put into Bleedout.
