Does anyone know the exact requirements for this quest? I cannot start it on my dark elf, who has just done Contract: Kvatch. My argonian with a DB rank of 4 or 5 has Naryu waiting for him, however. -- SarthesArai Talk 18:46, 14 June 2016 (UTC)
