Yrna Stormcrag is a Nord armorer who can be found tending her stall, Stormcrag Sturdy Armor, at the Hollow City Marketplace in the Hollow City when you save more survivors from other quests in Coldharbour. She is the sister of Ragna Stormcrag.

She will advise you on getting good armor:

"If you're thinking of venturing outside the city, you'll need the toughest armor you can afford. Lucky for you, I have exactly what you need."

Aren't you a long way from home?

"Aren't we all? But I wanted to do my part. Help with the war effort. Get to see a Daedric realm. It's certainly very different from Eastmarch!"
