Overseer Torvayn is the cruel Dunmer overseer on the Arano Plantation. He is reviled and feared by the plantation slaves - for good reason, as he is found furiously stomping on a Dunmer's corpse.

Before approaching the overseer, you can hear him beating a slave on the ground beneath his feet"

Overseer Torvayn: "You think you can defy me? Fool!"

Overseer Torvayn: "Stand, slave! Don't you have more to say?"

Overseer Torvayn: "Back to work, or the rest of you will get the same!"

Overseer Torvayn: "How are your working conditions now?"

When he first spots you he'll roar, "Another lazy slave? I'll kill you too!" Then "I'll beat you to a pulp" and "Join my other rebellious slaves! Die!" during combat.
