The Ogre Elder

The Ogre Elder is an magic-casting ogre serving as the mini-boss of the second wave of Stage 5: Rink of Frozen Blood in the Maelstrom Arena.

Ice Shard: Basic ranged attack dealing minor frost damage.
Ice Pillar: The ogre summons a large ice pillar from the ground beneath your feet, forming a circular AoE around it, dealing continuous moderate frost damage as well as immobilizing you. You must dodge to break free. The ice pillar can be destroyed.
Healing Beam: If the caster ogre is in the presence of another ogre, it can cast a grey healing beam at it, healing them for a considerable amount per second. This ability can be interrupted.

Diseased Ogre Elders can be fought in Scalecaller Peak.

Ice Arrow: A basic ranged ability that deals low frost damage.
Icy Prison: The ogre sends out frosty AoEs that freeze you in place when stood in.
Glacial Winds: The ogre begins swinging its arm around in the air, and a storm builds up around it. When the circle reaches the perimeter of the indicated border, the attack ends. Standing within the circle deals increasing frost damage which worsens the longer you stand in it.
Wave of Pestilence: The ogre throws a spray of poison out in front of it as indicated by a long, thin cone, dealing moderate poison damage to all standing within the indicated area.
Heal: The ogre swings an arm around in the air, channeling a spell that heals it for a small amount every second. This ability can be interrupted to set the enemy off balance.

Ogre Elders can also be fought in Bedlam Veil.
