Talking with Hasarthi after you arrive on Solstice:

"What's with all the new people? City's never been so crowded! Hey, they better not drink all the wine. I'm gonna need another bottle before too long."'

"I'm not drunk! I'm comfortably inebriated!"

After the events of The Regent of Sunport, Hasarthi will tell you about her experiences during the attack. Namely that she had no idea what was going on:

"Some armored off-islander tried to stab me. Said he needed a zombie. So I threw up on him and he ran away. Gods, now I need another drink!"

"What was all that shouting and fighting about? I'm trying to drink here!"
