Dialogue

He doesn't like the Bosmer.

"Treethane Fariel has been to Summerset before, which is more than I can say for the rest of these Wood Elves."

"Needless to say, the Thalmor do not enjoy having Wood Elves and cats among their number."

Ocassionally he'll go over to Ulumir. Before the Maormer have been driven from Greenshade:

Ulumir: "What's happening? I hear the Thalmor has issued a call to arms."

Halinirya: "Aye, and Treethane Fariel has sent word to the other Treethanes. It's a Maormer invasion."

Ulumir: "Maormer? Where?"

Halinirya: "Seaside Sanctuary. Rumor has it the Veiled Heritance is involved, too. Those traitors just won't give up."

After the Maormer have been driven from Greenshade:

Ulumir: "Did you hear? The Maormer are defeated!"

Halinirya: "Indeed. Treethane Fariel has issued word saying Vicereeve Pelidil was responsible."

Ulumir: "That toad? Really?"
