Fanacas is an Ayleid ruin in northeastern Cyrodiil, northwest of Farragut Keep. Spirits and skeletons roam the ruins. A skyshard can be found in the ruins near the path leading into the place.
The lorebook The Pig Children can be found in the northern part of the ruins.
