Exarch Turvon: "Adequate. Just adequate. We'll make a Gray Host of you yet."

Exarch Turvon pulled from Coldharbour

Later during the quest, if you haven't completed Rivenspire's main storyline, you will summon him using the Stone Husk in Grayhome's ritual chamber instead of Count Verandis Ravenwatch. After you place the reliquary, Exarch Turvon emerges from the Stone Husk in a burst of blue light. He's blood-starved.

Gwendis: "Don't move, exarch! We've got questions!"

Exarch Turvon: "So … hungry!"

He attacks you.

Gwendis: "Fine! You want to fight? Let's do this!"

When his health is lowered a little bit:

Gwendis: "We just want to talk!"

Exarch Turvon: "I'll kill you!"

When you kill the Exarch, he cries out in despair as he's sent back to Coldharbour. A bright flash of blue light consumes the chamber as his corpse falls.

Exarch Turvon: "No! Not again!"

Clever Bat Swarm

Exarch Turvons summons a swarm of bats that follows you around, dealing low physical damage with every tick.

Sanguine Rune

Exarch Urvon casts a spell that conjures a ring of blood magic runes in a circle around him, similar to those seen in the hallways previously. Standing near them detonates them, dealing moderate magic damage.

Exarch Turvon slams the ground with his staff, summoning a Bloodknight Specter. While the specter is alive, Exarch Turvon is invulnerable.
