Estelin is a Wood Elf who can be found fishing on a rock in the Strid River, north of Senalana. She will tell you that her brother Egolor has raked up gambling debts at Thizzrini Arena during the related quest.

"This is my fishing spot. Go find another!"

I'm looking for a scroll case that fell in the river. Have you seen it?

"Yes, actually! Sorry, but my brother's made off with it. Egolor fished it out himself. It was really beautiful … nice carving, dark wood. Looked expensive."

Where is he?

"Green take him, he's running debts with some people down at Thizzrini Arena. He headed off to sell it and clear some of his accounts. He usually rents a room, a little house, when he's there. That's probably where you'll find him."
