The Dremora Shaman is a Dremora Hauzkyn who is lying in wait behind the barricade protected by Grove Archers in City of Ash I. After the Infernal Guardian and the Warden of the Shrine are defeated, the Daedra behind the barricade will break through and slaughter Whisper Grove's remaining protectors if you're not on the dungeon's quest.
