This area contains undead. The log says necromancers but is incorrect. Both leveled skeleton's and zombies are found within the area . Thanks! — Unsigned comment by 76.26.68.160 (talk)

According to this page there are necromancers here- listed in the zone information, and I'm pretty sure it's right- I've been to Mackamentain in my game and there were necromancers there. However there are undead there too as you said. Perhaps you missed the necromancers?--Willyhead 16:25, 12 September 2007 (EDT)
The information on this page comes directly from the Construction Set, and I've just double-checked to confirm it. There are both Necromancers and Undead in Mackamentain, as described in the article. --Eshe 16:48, 12 September 2007 (EDT)
If you look at the details of the enemies in each section, the occupants are almost all "necromancer enemies" rather than plain "necromancers". Each of these enemies has a 50% chance of being a necromancer and a 50% chance of being undead. Therefore, it is theoretically possible to enter Mackamentain and encounter nothing but undead (less than a 1% chance, but still possible), except for the boss level necromancer. The boss will always be a necromancer.
So I'm guessing the person who posted this comment didn't explore through to the final section of Mackamentain and also randomly happened to only have undead spawn. But it still doesn't make the information on the page incorrect. --NepheleTalk 22:44, 12 September 2007 (EDT)

OPRP[edit]

Once again, I have spent my time adding a complete walkthrough to the whole dungeon and I have finally remove the evil 'cleanup tag'. Thanks in particular to 'Aliana' and Timenn. --SerCenKing 13:26, 19 October 2008 (EDT)
