Inner Sea?[edit]

This was brought up in the TR community but apparently Poison Song IV specifies the cliffs of Gorne plunging into the Inner Sea, which would confirm Gorne being fought near there. Is this something we failed to pick up? Or is the info not on the page due to the book's historically inaccurate nature? The Rim of the Sky (talk) 23:42, 21 February 2022 (UTC)

contradicting info is documented or at least noted regardless. Zebendal (talk) 03:58, 22 February 2022 (UTC)
Responding to Zeb's point, if we are specifically told it's inaccurate, we generally don't use the source in lore. Like the events of the 2920 series, for example. There's a different between being contradictory and KNOWING the information isn't accurate. We don't knowingly use inaccurate information. That being said, if it's just "where is Gorne" that's not an event that would thus be inaccurate, in my opinion. If it's "a battle was fought near there" then that WOULD be a historical event we know to not be accurate and thus we shouldn't include it. Jeancey (talk) 18:47, 22 February 2022 (UTC)
A lot of 2920 has transpired to be lore-accurate and can be used as a source despite being confirmed in-universe as fiction. I would say the same applies here. The current note on the page looks good to me. —Legoless (talk) 17:22, 23 February 2022 (UTC)
