Skooma trade vs. smuggling[edit]

Ain't no big thang, but the Pocket Guide to the Empire does refer to "his drug-smuggling business in Torval, Corinthe, and Rimmen." I like the logic of saying "Skooma trade" since it's generally culturally-acceptable in Elsweyr, but official sources still call it "smuggling." Just commenting on a comment in the history of edits. If the official sources note that "drug-smuggling" activities go on there, and this is what makes it notable (since only three cities from Elsweyr are listed), it might be worthy of the article, especially since it's lore. However, this is the first article that I have created for this Wiki, hence why I put so little, out o' respect for the seasoned vets 'cos I don't want to be too big for th' britches. xoxo Coryl 01:21, 23 December 2008 (EST)

It's just a quibble with wording, (I hope) improvement rather than contradiction. Because it's a lore article, I like to emphasize that moon sugar is far more important than an illegal narcotic, especially in an article about an Elsweyr location. Smuggling requires trade, so neither is right or wrong, just a matter of emphasis. As it is in an official Imperial publication, there is a lot of bias. In fact, see the PGE's predecessor for the most blatantly, delightfully slanted, bigoted document in ES history.Temple-Zero 15:10, 23 December 2008 (EST)

Corinthe or Corinth?[edit]

A few of the Arena articles spell this city "Corinth", as well as our main Arena map. The map was fan-created and unofficial. What I'm wondering is if the person that created made the typo or if it's actually spelled that way in the game? All other references I can find use the "Corinthe" spelling. Can someone please confirm this spelling in the game? --TheRealLurlock Talk 04:24, 5 May 2012 (UTC)

It is called Corinth in Arena. — Kimi the Elf (talk | contribs) 03:23, 9 April 2013 (GMT)
