The Beautiful are a violent group of militants that appeared during the Third Era in Summerset Isle. These radicals sought to destroy significant monuments and assassinate traditional leaders in an attempt to further modernity and reject their Altmer heritage. Their assassination of the daughter of the King of Shimmerene horrified and outraged the public.[1]
