A Binding Stone is a magical item used to bind and trap prisoners. Despite the variety of entrapment spells, most tend to create a physical barrier around the captive, which is easily escapable by magical, ghostly, or gaseous foes. The small and portable Binding Stone is said to be able to create an impermeable surface and to drain the magicka of the prisoner, making it capable of holding all manner of magicka-wielding creatures.[1]
