Cybiades Bug

Just to clarify (in response to ThuumofReason's edit), the game crash due to being on Cybiades occurs the split second before you actually receive the letter. In other words, the game freezes at the moment the courier is supposed to arrive, and thus the courier never arrives and neither does the letter.
