Just a quick note on the reversion: I assumed the first change was a simple error. After the second change, I decided to be sure and looked it up in the Morrowind Construction Set; Jeleen is indeed a Redguard, not an Imperial. False Information

It says that you can only use the services by starting the Bloodmoon mainquest,but getting to Solsthiem is starting the main quest. Just thought I would point that out. — Unsigned comment by 121.79.25.114 (talk) on 27 June 2010

Not quite - you can get to Solstheim without having started the main quest at all. However, the trigger point is actually the next quest, so I've made it clearer. rpeh •T•C•E• 09:28, 27 June 2010 (UTC)
