Pelagius Wing

Pelagius Wing is a part of the Blue Palace in Solitude, this wing is only accessible during the quest The Mind of Madness. This wing is evidently abandoned and has been untouched for a long while, evident from all the broken furniture and cobwebs, some items of non-value are lying around, but nothing worth mentioning.

Entry

As mentioned before, the only way to access it is during The Mind of Madness, where you have to grab a key from one of 3 staff members, anyways, only part of the wing can be explored before you "disappear" into Pelagius' mind. In this hall you can't access your items, which only has to do with the related quest.
