I need some assistance with the "buying a house in Skingrad" quest. My brother accidently killed Shum Gro-Yarug(the guy that you need to buy the house) and i wanted to know if i can get the house in any other way(Rosethorn Hall).

For answers to your question, try reading the appropriate articles, such as Oblivion:Shum gro-Yarug, Oblivion:Buying a house in Skingrad, or even Oblivion:Rosethorn Hall. If that's not enough, then you should ask your question on one of those articles' talk pages. It's really more appropriate to ask questions on the relevant article's talk page, but even questions on user talk pages will usually be answered. If you would like to ask questions may I suggest you place them on either your talk page or another persons talk page? It is unlikely that they will be answered if they are on your user page.
