The Elder Scrolls problems Page/ What could be better?

'Skyrim' What could be better: THE BIGGEST IMPROVEMENT WOULD BE TO BE ABLE TO FIGHT UNDER WATER, like in oblivion. Why would they take that out. The reason being is that when you are swimming along and a slaughterfish comes at you it can be a problem. And if you could fight underwater it would be good to fight..... lets say horkers. Another thing that would be great is to be able to fight on a horse, because when you are riding a hostile animal just comes along and starts attacking your horse, then you have to dismount and kill it, unless your a coward and you run away! Also You should be able to row a boat because that would be awesome like sailing around on a small or large boat raiding things with a band of pirates or something like that. MR SKYRIM.
