  1. Once you have a TF skill of 15 or A Darkness skill of 50, speak with Blake At Bangor Main gate.
  2. Get a message from Him About Oblivion Gates.
  3. Wait A Few Days.
  4. Close The Oblivion Gate.
  5. Return The Oblivion Gate Paper To Blake.
