Vipir Light-Hair

Vipir Light-Hair is a Nord noble who can be found on the upper floor of the ducal meeting chambers at the Ebon Tower's palace in Old Ebonheart. He is a representative of King Asgan of Eastmarch in Skyrim who has come to Morrowind with his guard, Skolfi Shade-Free, to visit the Skyrim Mission.

He wears an exquisite shirt, a pair of extravagant pants, a pair of expensive shoes, an exquisite belt, and a ring of the long march. He wields a Nordic silver shortsword, and carries 11 random gold and a random Nordic book.
