Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Neldam Volothre in his shop Verulas Pass.
2. Speak to Fedaves Shilansour, Salms Llaram, Adriano and Syrinia in the Twisted Root, opposite the shop.
3. Speak to everybody in Verulas Pass, excluding the guard, about the 'lack of customers'.
4. Return to Neldam to report in.
5. Buy Adriano's clothes and sell them to Fedaves Shilansour (both people are in the Twisted Root).
6. Return to Neldam for your reward.

Notes

• Only Fedaves Shilansour, Salms Llaram, Adriano and Syrinia will respond positively to the 'lack of customers' topic, and Salms is a red herring, having no further bearing on the quest.

5		While in Verulas Pass I heard a rumor that Neldam Volothre, the town's trader, is jealous of The Twisted Root because of its higher rate of customers.
10		Neldam Volothre, a trader in Verulas Pass, told me how he doesn't get enough customers. Apparently everyone who visits Verulas Pass goes to the Twisted Root, a popular tavern in town. Neldam is very jealous of this place, and has devised a plan to improve his situation. He wants me to persuade as many people as I can to visit his shop, Hopefully his inventory will draw more people to his business.
14		Fedaves Shilansour told me she is interested in clothing and soul gems.
15		Salms Llaram told me he likes poetry and fictional stories.
16		Syrinia told me she has a few leftover goods from Fort Windmoth, and will sell them to Neldam for 50 drakes.
17		Adriano told me he has some clothing he'd be willing to sell for 50 gold pieces.
20		I have asked everyone in Verulas Pass to visit Neldam's shop. Now I should report to Neldam the people who are interested.
30		Neldam gave me a soul gem, ring, and 50 gold pieces, and told me to buy one of the traders' wares and show whatever goods I had to Fedaves and Salms, so as to pique their interest.
34		I bought Adriano's clothing for 50 drakes. Fedaves should like these.
37		I purchased Syriana's wares, which turned out to be two candles, a potion and an iron shortsword.
40		Fedaves Shilansour agreed to visit Neldam's shop.
42		Fedaves was not interested in the goods I showed her. However, since I haven't yet bought either of the traders' goods, maybe she'll change her mind if I show her one of their stocks.
43		After showing Fedaves Adriano's clothing, she changed her mind and decided to visit Neldam's shop.
45		Fedaves was not interested in the goods I showed her. It looks like Neldam will not be seeing any improvement in his business.
47	Finishes quest	Neldam was infuriated to hear that not only had he lost money, but that no one had agreed to visit his shop. He made me give back all of the goods as well as most of the gold.
50	Finishes quest	Neldam was very pleased to hear that Fedaves agreed to visit his shop, and let me keep the ring.
