Quick Walkthrough

1. As a vampire, speak to Berelas at the stronghold of Merihayan.
2. Kill the two Indoril soldiers at the Lan Orethan Outpost.
3. Return to Berelas for your reward.

10		I met Berelas, the last surviving member of his vampire clan, in the ancient stronghold of Merihayan. He tasked me with killing two Indoril guards in an outpost north of the stronghold. In return, he will reward me with a powerful artifact of his clan.
11		I reconsidered helping Berelas with his plight, and offered to kill two Indoril guards troubling him. In return, he will reward me with a powerful artifact of his clan.
15		I killed the Indoril guards. Berelas should be pleased.
20	Finishes quest	For murdering the Indoril, Berelas gave me the Blood of Merihayan, an artifact of his destroyed clan.
21	Finishes quest	I met a vampire, Berelas, the last surviving member of a clan based in the ancient Dunmer stronghold of Merihayan. He was unable to leave the place due to an Indoril outpost to the north, but I had already killed the guards there. For my service, he gave me the Blood of Merihayan, an artifact of his clan.
25	Finishes quest	I killed Berelas.
