Idera Bethendas

Idera Bethendas is a Dark Elf merchant who operates a slave trading store within Hlan Oek. Her business appears to be under the protection of the Camonna Tong which dominate the town, and the local leader of this organization, Lloden Dadrys, will have you return an escaped slave named Ahabhu to Idera as part of the quest A Change of Heart. If you comply with this request, Idera will later kill Ahabhu within his cell.

Lloden calls Idera an associate, and given the Camonna Tong's connection with the Mundrethi family of the Mundrethi Plantation and its expansive slave market, it seems quite possible that her dealings form part of the Camonna Tong's existing trade in slave trafficking.
