Who to assist

Is there a list somewhere of which quests satisfy "Assist the people of the Pale"? I've been stuck on 2/3 completed for a while now, and I think such a resource here would be very useful. Thanks! --timrem 08:59, 7 January 2012 (UTC)

From what I know it's anyone who gives you a quest in the pale. (Eddie The Head 09:12, 7 January 2012 (UTC))

Problem was, I could only find two people in the Pale to actually give me quests. I was finally able to complete it by selling some ore to a mine owner in Dawnstar, which I didn't think would count as it doesn't show up as a quest. timrem 23:44, 8 January 2012 (UTC)
