Killing the parents[edit]

Killing both of Svari's parents makes Svari an orphan (obviously) which unlocks a new speech option, letting you donate one gold coin to her, same as a beggar. --VergilSparda 20:39, 24 January 2012 (UTC)

I just got to Solitude, and haven't killed her parents.. got to their house (which was unlocked), and talked to her: the Give a coin option is the only option available to me right now. So, perhaps the coin dialogue is dependent upon some other condition (time of the day/night, location, ...) Krag 22:48, 31 January 2012 (UTC)
It's always available. It's (probably) because her uncle gets executed when you enter the town. 09:22, 1 December 2015 (UTC)

Odd Dialogue[edit]

Possible bug; Svari ran past me on the street in Solitude after getting her mother the amulet and she said "You're the best! Can you be my mother?" This is usually only used by orphans, but both her parents are alive. Is it an unknown bug? -- Sees-the-Stars (talk) 04:23, 17 July 2014 (GMT)

It's technically not a bug, as the line can be said by anyone with the FemaleChild voicetype (Svari plus all the female children, orphaned or not) whose disposition towards you is 1 or higher. You can take a look here. Also, the line can be interpreted to mean Svari wishes to have a better parent than the one she has now. —<({QT>> 04:29, 17 July 2014 (GMT)
Well that's depressing. Thanks for the help! -- Sees-the-Stars (talk) 05:24, 17 July 2014 (GMT)
She must be one of the only children who has favor quests without being orphaned.Vainamoinen -Talk -Stuff 00:43, 1 September 2015 (UTC)
