Marriage Question[edit]

It's a shame this quest enables you to marry Ainethach but not Atar. It's also a shame there's no Console for the console versions (oh, irony!)- I'd love to force Atar into a life of subservience :-P I don't suppose there's any way to "fix" this on the console versions (PS3)? Oh well, if I can't "enslave" him in Marriage, I can at least trap his soul in some ragged skullcap with an enchantment he would hate, like I did with Ancano... 209.66.120.3 19:42, 8 December 2011 (UTC)

Random Hagraven[edit]

Did anyone else have a dead Hagraven outside of the mine if they entered and then left? Lucien LachanceDB 07:13, 28 January 2012 (UTC)

Yep. It was 10:58pm when I exited the mine and poof, there's a dead hagraven. --Amsuko 02:41, 23 February 2012 (UTC)
I passed through town yesterday (completed the quest ages ago) and found a Hagraven there, very much alive, right near the mine entrance. Should probably be investigated, both the respawning Forsworn bug and what that witch is doing there in the first/second place. :) --Krusty 07:37, 23 February 2012 (UTC)
Random "drops" like this are unfortunately quite common in places. There's often a hagraven come tumbling out of the sky at the shrine for Peyrite, for instance. And when I left town after checking out both mines one last time, there was a dead dragon draped across the road -- one that I had killed quite a bit earlier (I could identify it by the loot it carried, one iron ax that I hadn't bothered to take). They don't seem to mean anything. 174.6.51.17 21:12, 16 October 2012 (GMT)

Blood-Kin[edit]

Since the Orc Strongholds page mentions this quest as a way to become Blood-Kin I'm adding this info here.

I presume you need to side with Ainethach though... :) CapnZapp 21:21, 3 March 2012 (UTC)

Doubling the reward[edit]

I was able to recieve a gold reward from both quest givers by siding with Atar, killing him, and then reporting his death to Ainethatch. 71.231.112.12 08:22, 9 May 2012 (UTC)

(Moved from article) Note- Not working on 360 version with latest patch. Atar was killed then Ainethach could not be spoken too. — Unsigned comment by 203.142.138.180 (talk) at 14:55 on 11 January 2014
Note- Does work on PS3 version with latest patch. Atar was killed, quest marker reappeared over Ainethach's head, Ainethach gave reward. — Unsigned comment by 24.255.141.81 (talk) on 5:01, 19 January 2014
Confirmed. Biffa (talk) 11:21, 15 February 2014 (GMT)
I have the same problem, I cannot tell Ainethach that I took care of Atar, the quest objective is still in my journal, but no quest target appears anywhere ~ Dwarfmp (talk) 18:19, 15 July 2014 (GMT)
I've just performed this and verified that it is possible not sure why people are saying it isn't 59.182.140.45 12:27, 2 August 2014 (GMT)
