Vekel the Man's quest

It's supposed to be a Thieves Guild quest, but it's buggy. You can only start it in Riften if you are a member of the Thieves Guild though; otherwise you can only start it by finding the books and then you are allowed to take them to Vekel and have them be not sold because the quest is soo buggy. --Morrolan (talk) 14:33, 7 February 2013 (GMT)
